At Thalir Clothing, every saree is handpicked, carefully packed, and sent with love from our home studio in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. As a small homegrown label, we work closely with our customers to ensure each purchase feels personal and meaningful. We kindly request you to go through our store policies before placing an order.

1. Ordering Process

Orders are taken only through our official Instagram page – @it's_thalir
To place an order, please send us a message with the product code or screenshot of the saree you’re interested in.
Once confirmed, we’ll share the payment details and dispatch timeline.
All sarees are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We do not hold or reserve products without confirmation.

2. Payments

Payments can be made via UPI or bank transfer, as shared through Instagram DM.
Orders will be processed only after the full payment is received.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All parcels are shipped from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, through trusted courier partners.
Dispatch is usually done within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Each saree is carefully checked for quality before dispatch, hence returns and exchanges are not accepted. In case of any damage during transit, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing pictures and videos for review.
Please note, slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings — these are not considered defects.

5. Handwoven Craftsmanship

Many of our sarees are handwoven and crafted in small batches.
Minor weaving irregularities, thread pulls, or texture differences are natural and reflect the beauty of handcrafted work.

6. Privacy

Your personal and payment details are treated with complete confidentiality and used only for processing your order.
